Prior to founding LC Global Sourcing, Lou was Director of Corporate Purchasing & Sourcing at ZYGO Corporation (Nasdaq:ZIGO) in Middlefield CT., leading developer of Metrology equipment for the semiconductor and industrial markets worldwide.

In 2000, Lou was a corporate commodity leader for PerkinElmer Corporation (NYSE:PKI), a $1.4 billion designer and manufacturer of scientific instruments and consumables worldwide. Before joining PerkinElmer, Lou worked on the major subcontracts team at Sikorsky Aircraft (NYSE:UTX) was Purchasing Manager at Farrel Corporation and a Procurement Specialist at Textron Lycoming (NYSE:TXT).
